Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend at least 2–3 weeks before your event date.


Q: Do you offer takedown?
A: Depending on the balloon care ,after your event, we give your balloons a second life by donating them to nearby schools, senior homes, and nonprofits. Your celebration helps brighten someone else’s day! 


Q: Can you match my event’s theme or color palette?
A:  Of course — every design is custom-made to fit your vision.


Q: How many colors can I choose from? 

A: The first two are included in the starting price, each additional color is $10.



Q: Which areas do you serve?
A: We serve Triangle, Dumfries, Woodbridge, Stafford, Quantico, Fredericksburg, Gainesville and surrounding areas.


Q: Why don't you use helium for most set ups? 

A: Helium is great for floating...but terrible for everything else. Air filled balloons last longer , look fuller, and wont try to escape like their in the Hunger or Squid Games.


Q: Do air filled balloons last longer than helium balloons?

A:  Quick answer ,absopositivelutely. ( No, don't ask me to spell that again)

0–10 miles: $20


11–20 miles: $30


21–30 miles: $40

A :"If you want balloons that float -go helium. If you want balloons that last - go air."



      Q: What is the purpose of the $50 booking deposit ?

The $50 deposit officially reserves your date and ensures we can order supplies, design your setup, and block out delivery time. Because balloon décor requires early preparation, the deposit is non-refundable, but it goes toward your total balance. Your date is not secured until the deposit is received.
